• Clients may cancel their request for one-time accounting services before the commencement of work.
• If the cancellation is made after the service has begun, no refund will be provided.

• Clients can cancel their subscription at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for payments already made.
• To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be requested at least [X] days before the renewal date.

• Cancellation requests for tax filing services will only be accepted if work has not commenced.
• Once the tax preparation process has started, the service is considered non-refundable.
